Purchases through Paddle
For a Savorum Cloud or Savorum Connect subscription purchased through Paddle, we offer a full refund of your initial subscription payment when you request it within 30 calendar days after that payment. You do not need to demonstrate a fault or provide a reason.
We also offer a full refund of a renewal payment when requested within 14 calendar days after that renewal. These periods are measured from the payment date shown on the receipt to the date you submit the request, not the date we finish reviewing it.
Outside these periods, we do not ordinarily refund unused portions of a billing period solely because you stop using the service. This does not limit rights relating to faults, misdescription, billing errors, or other circumstances covered by applicable law or Paddle's terms.
We may decline the voluntary guarantee where there is clear evidence of fraud or refund abuse. This does not restrict mandatory legal rights.
How to request a refund
Email info@veridorn.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the transaction or order number. You can also use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle support.
Paddle is the merchant of record for these transactions and processes refunds. When we approve a refund under our guarantee, we ask Paddle to issue it through the original transaction. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or banking credentials. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution, subject to applicable legal deadlines.
A full refund can end ordinary Cloud access before the original paid period ends. You do not need to export before requesting an eligible refund. Unless you request earlier household deletion, the authorized owner can request an export during the post-service period explained in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A full refund for Connect may end the remote access service; it does not delete data on your self-hosted server.
Canceling renewal
Cancel renewal through the management link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. During a Paddle trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. It stops the next renewal; it does not by itself request a refund of an earlier payment.
Uninstalling Savorum does not cancel a subscription. Contact us if you need help canceling or closing your service account.
Technical problems and billing errors
Please contact us about persistent faults, duplicate payments, or unexpected charges. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. You do not need to wait for troubleshooting to finish before making a timely refund or withdrawal request.
For Paddle purchases, if we discontinue the service or end your paid subscription for reasons other than your material breach of the terms, we will arrange a refund of the unused prepaid period, subject to any more favorable rights you have.
Purchases billed by Apple
Our voluntary Paddle refund windows do not apply to purchases made using Apple In-App Purchase. Request an Apple-billed refund through Apple's refund service, and manage renewal in your Apple subscription settings. Cancel an Apple trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the first charge. Apple handles those requests under its terms and applicable law. We remain available for Savorum technical support.
The seller that billed you determines the route, not the device you used. A Paddle purchase made in a browser on an iPhone remains a Paddle purchase.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, any mandatory rights of withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, or refund. More favorable rights under applicable law or Paddle's Refund Policy remain available. Starting to use the service does not, by itself, waive your statutory rights under this policy.
